YYZ Living | Architecture – The Perry by Mansouri

Mansouri Living explores unprecedented levels of architectural refinement through its latest building project The Perry. The sales centre at 199 Avenue Road will be open to the public in June. The building will be located at the corner of Avenue Road and Davenport on 128 Pears Avenue and is scheduled for occupancy in 2014. The Perry establishes high-end luxury poliform finishes as standard features by bringing them into each unit. Contemporary and desirable architecture and design defines the façade and interior of this artistic boutique residence.

A gallery style lobby displays elevated design and contemporary art throughout the upscale environment lends a luxurious style of living that is facilitated in every way by the unique design of the residence. With the outdoor terrace furnished by Paola Lenti, The Perry is the first building in Toronto to be exclusively furnished by Kiosk, the ultimate destination in Toronto for modern furniture.

In addition to the luxury condominium offering, the development also offers The Perry Townhomes.
