The neighbourhood surrounding Toronto’s Avenue Road and Davenport (or “AveDav”) area is one of the city’s gems. And since its launch in mid-2012, Mansouri Living’s The Perry has added a considerable amount of class to an already upmarket area.
The developer recently introduced The Perry Estate Collection, made up of five stylish penthouse designs and promising to further invigorate the new development market in the area.
