After graduating with a Master’s Degree from the University of Waterloo’s School of Architecture, Maryam joined the family business at Mansouri Living as Vice-President in 2007. As the eldest daughter of Sharok Mansouri, President of Mansouri Living, Maryam was raised in the world of architecture and real estate. This allowed her natural eye for design and business abilities to flourish while cultivating various projects for the organization. Under her leadership, she has seen the company recognized with various awards and distinctions for its commitment to the development of sustainable new communities as well as superbly designed homes for families and individuals. Maryam has fused her practical and systematic academic skills to the consumer needs of today’s urban dweller in the pursuit of new, iconic residential and commercial developments.

Nargues Mansouri

Nargues Mansouri

Alongside her sister Maryam, Nargues recently oversaw the launch of Mansouri Living, which focuses on developing urban sanctuaries in downtown Toronto. Upon completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Marketing, Sales, and International Business from Ryerson University, Nargues joined her sister and father at the Mansouri Group in 2008 as the company’s Vice-President for the Low-Rise Division. Being the second daughter of Sharok Mansouri, Nargues has brought her inherent style and business sense to life in paving the way for the second-generation of the family business. Nargues currently oversees every aspect of the company’s low-rise developments from construction and sales to marketing, customer-service, and financing. Maintaining open communication with the organization’s current clientele allows Nargues to meet the immediate needs of their communities and uphold the company’s long-standing history of excellence in real estate development. Nargues has assisted in establishing the creative voice for Mansouri Living in launching the Mansouri blog as well as managing the organizations social media channels on a daily basis.

Architecture by Young + Wright/IBI Group

The integration of the architectural personnel at the combined offices of Young +Wright together with IBI Group Architects results in a world-class collaboration. Young + Wright has been designing commercial, residential and entertainment structures for 25 years, and in that time has become one of the world’s top architectural firms. The partner in charge for The Perry is Drummond Hassan. With over 40 years of experience, his diversity has ranged from residential, office/manufacturing, commercial and urban design projects. He has received the Governor General’s Award for Residential Design, the Urban Design Award and the Award of Merit for Architectural Design. Prior to becoming a partner in 1980, Mr. Hassan was affiliated with architectural firms in London, England and Glasgow, Scotland. He received a B.Sc. (Hon.) and a B.Arch. from Strathclyde University Department of Architecture and Building Science in Scotland.

The Design Agency is a dynamic, Toronto based full-service design studio, founded by acclaimed designers Allen Chan, Matt Davis and Anwar Mekhayech. With over ten years of experience in the design profession both locally and internationally, the Design Agency has established itself as “one of Canada’s hottest design firms”. The team strives to improve our daily environment through innovative and thought-provoking concepts and designs, and has currently been designing some of the city’s hottest new projects such as the Shangri-La penthouse residences and Momofuku Restaurant, the long anticipated Soho House Toronto as well as landmark residential projects such as the former Four Seasons Hotel site, the Imperial Plaza and the legendary King Edward Hotel Residences.

gh3, is one of Toronto’s most innovative landscape architects. They’ve been the landscape architect on a number of large interdisciplinary teams for the master planning and landscape design of a wide range of scales, including Union Plaza (aka Maple Leaf Square), Thompson Hotel & Residences as well as Fashion House. gh3 will oversee The Perry’s landscape design process from conceptual design through to post construction, ensuring complete integration of program, budget, design, engineering and sustainability as expressed in built form.
